Selling conditions
| 1) All is selled is of third party. The Numismatica Stecca, operates as a mediatrix, in the name and for privates from who it has received regular commission. |
2) Luca Stecca, Numismatic Expert of the Tribunale di Padova (subscription n. 2096 in the Albo dei Consulenti Tecnici del Giudice), and associated to the Numismatici Italiani Associati, guarantees about the authenticity and quality of this material.
Any complaint will be considered only if accompanied by a certificate of an expert, presented before and not after the 10th day of receivement. |
| 3) The description, the preservation state and the rareness is indicated with maximum cure. |
| 4) Every buyer is directly responsible of his purchases and cannot pretend to act on others or companies accounts. |
5) The shipping will be made by mail with cash on delivery, or by vector with anticipated payment (unless different agreements).
The goods travel as registered letter charged on the receiver, with the current mail rate. |
| 6) For any controversy the competent court is only that of Padua; the buyers must agree to these rules. |
